目的探讨维生素B6与碳酸氢钠混合液用于右心声学造影的应用价值。方法采用维生素B6注射液(5mg/kg)与5%碳酸氢钠注射液(0.1ml/kg)的混合液,经左肘静脉快速推注,观察自推注至右房室气泡出现时间、高峰持续时间、心腔内气泡持续时间及密集程度、负性显影区效果。结果从二种药物的混合液开始推注到右房室气泡出现,时间平均为(7.04±1.08)s,心腔内气泡高峰持续时间为(89.19±8.84)s,心腔内气泡持续时间为(177.92±16.69)s;气泡产生速度快,量大,密集程度高;负性显影效果显著。结论维生素B6与碳酸氢钠混合液是一种理想的右心声学造影剂,药源广,造影效果好,价格便宜,配制方便,操作简单,毒副作用少,可作为首选右心声学造影剂。
Objective To investigate the value of vitamin B6 and sodium bicarbonate mixture for right ventricular contrast echocardiography. Methods The mixture of vitamin B6 injection (5mg / kg) and 5% sodium bicarbonate injection (0.1ml / kg) was injected rapidly through the left elbow vein to observe the appearance time and peak time of self-push to right atrium air bubble Duration, duration and density of intracardiac bubble, negative development zone effect. Results The time from the injection of the mixture of two drugs to the right atrium was (7.04 ± 1.08) s, the duration of the peak of the endocardial cavity was (89.19 ± 8.84) s, the duration of the intracardiac bubble was (177.92 ± 16.69) s. Bubbles generated faster, larger and more densely packed, with significant negative development. Conclusion Vitamin B6 and sodium bicarbonate mixture is an ideal right-heart acoustic contrast medium. It has a wide source of drug, good radiographic effect, low cost, convenient preparation, simple operation and few toxic and side effects. It can be used as the preferred right-heart acoustic contrast medium.
