改革开放以来,我国医疗卫生事业快速发展,为保证我国人民群众的健康提供条件。在医院的管理与发展中,财务管理作为较为重要的一项工作,直接影响医院的健康、有序运行,从而影响医院医疗作用的发挥。但是,在新医改的形势下,我国医院财务管理中存在的问题越来越突出,已经影响到医院财务管理的有效性。因此,在新形势下,我国医院相关工作人员必须提高对财务管理的认识,并运用有效的管理策略来提高医院财务管理水平,从而保证医院医疗卫生职能的有效发挥。
Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s medical and health undertakings has provided conditions for ensuring the health of the people in our country. In the hospital management and development, financial management as a more important task, a direct impact on the hospital’s health and orderly operation, thus affecting the hospital’s medical role. However, under the new medical reform situation, the problems existing in the hospital financial management in our country have become more and more prominent, which has affected the effectiveness of hospital financial management. Therefore, under the new situation, relevant staffs in hospitals in our country must raise their awareness of financial management and use effective management strategies to improve the hospital’s financial management so as to ensure the effective functioning of the hospital’s medical and health functions.
