目的:研究牛至药材“地下部分”所得挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取牛至药材“地下部分”(根)的挥发油,并用GC-MS法对其化学成分进行分析与鉴定,通过峰面积归一化法计算出各成分的相对百分含量。结果:牛至药材“地下部分”(根)挥发油中鉴定出29个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.97%,其中10个为首次报道。结论:牛至药材“地下部位”(根)中除含有“地上部分”同类的抗菌成分外,还含有大量脂肪酸类化合物,该类物质具有较强的抗氧化作用,不能被完全忽略,同样具有一定的药用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of the volatile oil from the oregano medicinal material “underground part ”. Methods: Volatile oil from Radix Astragali (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical composition was analyzed and identified by GC-MS method. The relative proportions of the components were calculated by peak area normalization Percentage. RESULTS: Twenty-nine compounds were identified in the essential oil of Radix Astragali, 98.97% of the total essential oil, of which 10 were first reported. Conclusion: Oregano medicinal materials contain many kinds of fatty acid compounds in addition to the antibacterial ingredients of the same kind above ground parts, which have strong anti-oxidant effect and can not be completely Ignored, also has some medicinal value.
