2006年4月的一个下午,柳州市劳动仲裁庭的黄庭长接待前来咨询的某单位工会同志。问明来意,黄庭长握住了来访者的手说:“柳州市劳动仲裁庭自上个世纪80年代初成立以来,来到这儿的都是发生劳动纠纷的当事人,作为单位职工的‘娘家人’,你们是第一个。”来者是中铁二十五局集团柳州公司的工会副主席陈显春。因企业改制,公司准备和一些合同到期的员工解除劳动合同,为确保职工的利益能得到保障,陈显春专程跑到劳动仲裁庭向有关专家进行咨询。
One afternoon in April 2006, President Huang of Liuzhou Labor Tribunal received comrades from a certain unit who came to consult. To find out, President Huang took the visitor’s hand and said: "Since the labor arbitration court of Liuzhou City was founded in the early 1980s, all the people who came here were parties to labor disputes. As the employees of their families, ’You are the first one.’ ’The winner was Chen Xianchun, vice chairman of trade union of Liuzhou Company of China Railway 25th Bureau Group. Due to the restructuring of the enterprise, the company prepared to terminate the labor contract with some employees whose contract expired. To ensure the interests of the employees can be protected, Chen Xianchun made a special trip to the labor arbitration tribunal to consult relevant experts.
