有效教学,主要是指教师有效地利用学习策略经过一段时间的教学之后,使学生能力获得进一步的提升。当今时代,更注重提倡音乐学科的综合,毫无疑问这更有利于学生全面和谐、积极主动地发展,而不是局限于当前方面的发展,但作为教师更要做到转变观念,转换角色,做一名学生学习的促进者、引路人,并具备一定的敢于创新、勇于实践的精神和能力。有那么一句话:有好的将军才会有一支好的队伍。
