对引进的50多个香菇品种,连续三年(1983-1985) 进行生物学特性观察及产量比较试验。其结果以 Cr-2香菇品种表现较好。对温度适应范围广,出菇快、产量高。菌丝体在5-30℃均能生长,以20-25℃最适宜;10-25℃均能形成子实体,但以15-20℃出菇最好。在温、湿度适宜的条件下,30-40天出菇,每块菌砖(750克干木屑)可产鲜菇455. 3克,生物学效率达60%。
The introduction of more than 50 mushroom varieties, for three consecutive years (1983-1985) for biological characteristics and yield comparison test. The result showed that Cr-2 mushrooms performed better. Adapt to a wide range of temperature, fruiting quick, high yield. Mycelium can grow at 5-30 ℃, the most suitable at 20-25 ℃; 10-25 ℃ can form fruiting bodies, but fruiting 15-20 ℃ best. In temperature and humidity suitable conditions, 30-40 days fruiting, each brick bacteria (750 grams dry sawdust) can produce 455.3 grams of fresh mushrooms, the biological efficiency of 60%.
