目的:建立微波消解原子荧光法测定水中硒的方法。方法:采用微波消解技术对水样进行消化处理,原子荧光法测定水中硒的含量。结果:消解完全彻底,回收率在95.7%~104.7%之间,方法的检测限为0.12μg/L,在0.001μg/ml~0.10μg/ml范围内,相关系数r=0.9997,相对标准偏差1.5%。结论:微波密闭消解水样,消化过程节约试剂,防止试样中待测元素的损失,干扰少,适用于水中硒的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of selenium in water by microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: The samples were digested with microwave digestion and the content of selenium in water was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The digestion was complete and the recoveries ranged from 95.7% to 104.7%. The detection limit was 0.12μg / L. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997 with the relative standard deviation of 1.5 in the range of 0.001μg / ml ~ 0.10μg / ml %. Conclusion: It is suitable for the determination of selenium in water by closed microwave digestion of water samples and reagents in the digestion process to prevent the loss of the tested elements in the sample with less interference.
