良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是老年男性最常见的泌尿外科疾病,手术治疗存在诸多问题,为寻求一种较为理想的非手术治疗方法,对后装机治疗BPH进行临床研究和探讨。采用后装近距离放射治疗技术对不同类型的BPH20例于尿道前列腺段实施适形准确的腔内近距离单次照射,总剂量控制在10~20Gy(1cm参考点)。初步随访统计,20例BPH患者经后装机治疗后总有效率达95%,其中痊愈10例,显效7例,好转2例,无效1例。全部患者均有前列腺体积缩小,有95%患者膀胱残余尿减少,无残余尿的患者高达50%。所有病例均未发现明显放疗副作用。结论:后装机对BPH治疗具有剂量均匀准确、疗效显著、无创伤性等优点,是一种应继续探讨研究的BPH治疗新方法。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is the most common urological disease in elderly men. There are many problems in surgical treatment. In order to find a more ideal non-surgical treatment, BPH clinical research and discussion on post-installed treatment of BPH. After the installation of brachytherapy, different types of BPH20 cases in the urethral prostatic segment implementation of conformal accurate single intracavitary irradiation, the total dose control at 10 ~ 20Gy (1cm reference point). Initial follow-up statistics, 20 cases of BPH patients after the installation of the total effective rate of 95%, of which 10 cases were cured, markedly effective in 7 cases, 2 cases of improvement, 1 case of ineffective. Prostate volume was reduced in all patients, bladder residual urine was reduced in 95% of patients, up to 50% of patients without residual urine. All cases did not find any significant side effects of radiotherapy. CONCLUSION: The post-loaded machine has the advantages of uniform and accurate dosage, remarkable curative effect and noninvasive effect on BPH. It is a new method of BPH treatment that should be further studied.
