Business correspondence is an important tool for business contact. The process of language expression in business letters is the process of packaging and sending the business intentions by using linguistic elements and means of expression. It is the process of codifying and formalizing certain business intentions. The choice of language elements and the application of language means in the preparation of corporate business correspondence must all serve specific business purposes and must be adapted to the social environment.
