强力霉素(Doxycycline或Vibramycin)为一长效、广谱、从土霉素制得的半合成四环素族抗菌素。作者用以治疗30例尿路感染,男10例,女20例。计急性肾盂肾炎4例,急性膀胱炎13例,慢性膀胱炎13例。所有病例每日服强力霉素200毫克,约3～12日。治疗效果以自觉症状、尿镜检所见(特别是白细胞)及尿细菌培养三项全部阴转判为显效。三项中有二项阴转,或三项同时有明显改善判为有效,其余为
Doxycycline or Vibramycin is a long-acting, broad-spectrum, semi-synthetic tetracycline antibiotic made from oxytetracycline. The author used to treat 30 cases of urinary tract infection, 10 males and 20 females. 4 cases of acute pyelonephritis, 13 cases of acute cystitis, 13 cases of chronic cystitis. All cases of daily doses of doxycycline 200 mg, about 3 to 12 days.
