研究了时效时间对Cu-Ni-Si-Mg合金硬度和导电率的影响。对时效后的合金分别进行了不同时间的深冷处理,研究了深冷处理对其硬度和导电率的影响。通过观察深冷处理前后组织,分析了深冷处理对合金性能的影响。结果表明,深冷处理对合金强度和导电率有重大影响。
The effect of aging time on hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-Ni-Si-Mg alloy was investigated. The alloy after aging were respectively cryogenic treatment at different times, the effect of cryogenic treatment on hardness and electrical conductivity was studied. The effects of cryogenic treatment on the properties of the alloy were analyzed by observing the microstructure before and after cryogenic treatment. The results show that the cryogenic treatment of alloy strength and conductivity have a significant impact.
