随着医疗体制的改革,医院的内部环境也发生了重大变化,做为医院内部流动性最强的资产之一—现金的管理也显得十分重要。因为随着医院经营职能的转变以及投资的多元化,大量的现金流在医院内外部循环着。如果管控不当将会发生贪污舞弊行为,这不但影响医院的形象,同时也影响社会的安定。据此本人想从医院现金管理的重要性说起,分析下目前医院现金管理的现状,并提出自己不成熟的小小建议。
