目的探讨急性白血病合并妊娠的治疗方法。方法将三峡大学仁和医院收治急性白血病合并妊娠2例结合文献报道进行分析。结果与结论早诊断、早治疗,正确把握分娩与化疗的时机,不因顾虑化疗对胎儿的影响而延误治疗,积极支持治疗,减少产时、产后并发症,能改善妊娠合并白血病患者及其胎儿预后。
Objective To investigate the treatment of acute leukemia complicated with pregnancy. Methods The Renhe Hospital of the Three Gorges University was treated with acute leukemia combined with pregnancy in 2 cases reported in the literature for analysis.
