目的探讨胆胃双和汤对胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型的防治作用及对胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、瘦素(LEP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子琢(TNF-琢)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的影响。方法自制反流液给大鼠灌胃复制胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,以铝碳酸镁片和枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片合用为对照,观察胆胃双和汤对胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠防治作用及对GAS、MTL、LEP、PGE2、TNF-琢、IL-1β含量和胃黏膜病理组织学改变的影响。结果胆汁反流性胃炎模型大鼠胃黏膜出现炎症及变性坏死,且GAS、MTL、LEP、PGE2含量降低,TNF-琢、IL-1β含量升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);胆胃双和汤能升高GAS、MTL、LEP、PGE2含量,降低TNF-琢、IL-1β含量,减轻胃黏膜损伤。结论胆胃双和汤具有防治胃黏膜损伤的作用,可能与调节GAS、MTL、LEP、PGE2、TNF-琢、IL-1β的含量有关。
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of blessing stomach and soup on bile regurgitant gastritis in rats and the effects of GAS, MTL, LEP, PGE2, tumor necrosis Factors of Zhuo (TNF-Zhuo), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) content. Methods Self-made reflux liquid was injected intragastrically into rat model of bile reflux gastritis. The combination of aluminum magnesium carbonate and mosapride citrate dispersible tablets was used as a control. The bile reflux Effects of GAS, MTL, LEP, PGE2, TNF-α and IL-1β in the prevention and treatment of gastritis in rats and the histopathological changes of gastric mucosa. Results Gastric mucosa of bile regurgitant gastritis rats showed inflammation, degeneration and necrosis, and the contents of GAS, MTL, LEP and PGE2 were decreased, the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were increased (P <0.05, P <0.01) Shuanghe Tang can increase the contents of GAS, MTL, LEP and PGE2, reduce the contents of TNF-α, IL-1β and alleviate gastric mucosal injury. Conclusion GZDH has the effect of preventing gastric mucosal injury, which may be related to the regulation of GAS, MTL, LEP, PGE2, TNF-α and IL-1β.
