月桂氮酮(Azone)是一种新型高效的渗透促进剂,它可使甾体药物的透皮吸收增加。我们将其应用于氢可的松涂膜,用离体动物皮肤进行连续24 h渗透量的测定。结果加3％ Azone于氢可的松涂膜(Ⅰ号)中时,渗透量比不加Azone者(Ⅱ号)约大50％,配对t检验结果表明,两种涂膜间具显著差异(p<0.02～0.001),临床观察结果也表明Ⅰ号涂膜的疗效优于Ⅱ号。
Azone is a new and highly effective penetration enhancer that increases transdermal absorption of steroidal drugs. We applied it to the hydrocortisone coating film and measured the amount of permeation in vitro for 24 h. Results When 3% Azone was applied to hydrocortisone coating (No. 1), the penetration was about 50% greater than that of Azone (No. 2). The paired t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the two coatings p <0.02 ~ 0.001), the clinical observations also show that the effect of No. Ⅰ coating is better than Ⅱ.
