植物光合作用制造的有机物,往往被光呼吸作用消耗三分之一以上。因此,抑制光呼吸,提高净光合产物,是农作物增产的新途径。抑制光呼吸的化学药剂,目前在我国大田作物上应用较多的是亚硫酸氢钠,因为它无毒性、价廉容易买到,使用简便,喷施作物后增产效果显著,故被广泛采用。综合全国各地喷施亚硫酸氢钠的试验资料,充分说明它的增产效果是可靠的。如黑龙江省农科院大豆所,于1974—1977年用100PPM 浓度的亚硫酸氢钠溶液喷洒大豆,获得增产10—15%的效果,并有促进早熟的作用;1980年,黑龙江省农技站在225个点连续对大豆进行喷施亚硫酸氢钠试验
Organic matter produced by plant photosynthesis is often consumed by photorespiration by more than a third. Therefore, inhibition of photorespiration and increase of net photosynthetic products is a new way for crops to increase production.
