一、概述 12V175高速柴油机曲轴全长2005毫米,重0.5吨,7个主轴颈,直径140毫米;6个连杆轴颈,直径125毫米;用40XHMA钢锻成,精加工后轴颈部分需作高频硬化处理. 有关高频表面热处理,国内外已有不少详尽的文献介绍.就曲轴而言,轴颈硬化层的分布有三种形式(图2).形式Ⅰ最为理想,因轴颈表面及圆角过渡处均得到淬硬,具有高的残余压应力,能保证最好的抗疲劳性能;形式Ⅱ因淬火引起的残余张应力正落在应力集中的圆角处,所以最为不好;形式Ⅲ在生产中比
