脑膜多发性恶性黑色素瘤在国内外放射学诊断均有报告,但因其发病率低,故CT 报告较少。为提高对脑膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床及 CT 诊断,现将我院经 CT 扫描并经手术、病理证实的一例报告如下:郑××,男性,47岁,病案号:126288。口角歪斜2年,耳鸣、耳聋2个月。2年前偶然出现左侧面瘫,经治疗未见好转。近2个月出现头痛、恶心、呕吐并伴有左耳鸣;听力下降、走路不稳、呛咳以及吞咽困难。
Meningeal multiple malignant melanoma has been reported in radiological diagnosis at home and abroad, but because of its low incidence, CT report less. To improve the clinical and CT diagnosis of meningioma malignant melanoma, now our hospital by CT scanning and surgery, pathology confirmed a case as follows: Zheng × ×, male, 47 years old, the case number: 126288. Mouth skew 2 years, tinnitus, deafness 2 months. Occasionally left facial paralysis 2 years ago, after treatment did not improve. Headache, nausea, vomiting accompanied by left tinnitus in nearly 2 months; decreased hearing, walking instability, coughing, and difficulty swallowing.
