目的:考察注射用赤芍801在5%葡萄糖注射液等4种输液中的稳定性。方法:将注射用赤芍801加入上述4种不同的输液中,模拟临床用药浓度,用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液的吸收度和吸收曲线,同时检查配伍液pH、外观变化。结果:赤芍801与4种输液配伍后,放置8h内,外现、pH值、含量、吸收曲线基本不变。结论:赤芍801与4种输液配伍,在8h内基本稳定。
Objective: To investigate the stability of TP-801 for injection in 4 kinds of infusions such as 5% glucose injection. Methods: TPA 801 for injection was added to the above four different infusion solutions to simulate the clinical drug concentration. The absorbance and absorption curve of the mixed solution at various time after the compatibility were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The pH and the appearance of the compatibility solution were also examined. Results: After the radix paeoniae rubra was mixed with the four kinds of infusions, the external appearance, pH value, content and absorption curve remained unchanged within 8 h. Conclusion: Radix Paeoniae Rubra 801 and 4 kinds of infusion compatibility, basically stable within 8h.
