纱丽服原料扎丽纱中的蚕丝与包覆层金属元素的质量比在18∶82~28∶72之间,可根据蚕丝含量估算各种金属元素的含量。为了以更为准确的扎丽纱蚕丝含量数据估算金属元素含量,首先采用X射线荧光(ED-XRF)光谱仪对37个扎丽纱样品的金属元素纯度进行检测,然后根据3组扎丽纱蚕丝含量数据——常规含量、569个样品的平均含量、37个样品的平均含量,将检测的金属元素纯度值换算成含量值,并将各组测算结果与采用化学分析法的检测结果进行比较。统计分析表明,根据569个和37个扎丽纱样品的蚕丝平均含量估算的银、铜元素含量比根据蚕丝常规含量估算获得的结果更加准确,而依据3组蚕丝含量数据分别估算的金元素含量与化学分析法检测结果的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。
