中小企业员工流失问题分析

中小企业在我国的经济社会发展中占有重要地位,发挥着大企业难以取代的作用。在中小企业的生存与发展过程中,员工是企业生存和发展的最重要资源。中小企业由于自身给员工的发展空间与发展机会不够、绩效考核机制不够合理、缺乏良好的企业文化等因素造成员工的流失,文章从多角度分析了中小企业员工流失的原因,并提出了相应的对策。

Small and medium-sized enterprises hold an important position in the economic and social development of our country, playing an irreplaceable role for large enterprises. In the process of survival and development of SMEs, employees are the most important resource for the survival and development of enterprises. Due to their lack of development space and opportunities for development, inadequate performance appraisal mechanism and lack of good corporate culture, SMEs have caused the loss of staff. The article analyzes the reasons for the loss of SME staff in many aspects and puts forward the corresponding Countermeasures.
