近日,河南省新密市人社局通过开展“指导企业依法用工服务月”活动,推进清理整顿人力资源市场秩序专项行动。广泛宣传发动,营造舆论氛围。通过报纸、电视等形式大力宣传劳动保障法律法规,帮助用人单位和求职劳动者更好地理解与掌握。截止目前,设置宣传点13个,发放宣传资料370份,现场接待咨询237人次。主动上门服务,完善企业内部机制。通过上门宣传服务,积极引导用人单位构建劳资纠纷调解机制,充分发挥劳动保障监察“两网化”机制作用,切实把劳资纠纷消除在萌芽状
