目的:探讨妊娠母鼠采用不同新型发光二极管(LED)单色光源照射对其子代学习记忆能力的影响。方法:56只昆明种小鼠,将其随机分为7组,每组各8只小鼠(雄性小鼠3只,雌性小鼠5只),每组小鼠随意交配。怀孕后,将母鼠随机分成7组,分别为正常对照组、蓝、红、黄光照射5min和10min组。直至母鼠分娩,每天给予母鼠光照2次。子鼠生后3周进行跳台实验,对7组小鼠的学习和记忆力水平进行评价。结果:各组跳台实验5min错误次数相比,红、蓝、黄光5min照射组和10min照射组明显少于正常对照组(P<0.05)。跳台实验结束24h后,再次进行跳台实验。各组跳台实验3min错误次数相比,红、蓝、黄光5min照射组和10min照射组明显少于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予孕鼠LED蓝、红、黄色光源照射,能有效提高子鼠的记忆能力和学习能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different new type of light-emitting diode (LED) irradiation on the learning and memory abilities of pregnant offspring in pregnant mothers. Methods: Fifty-six Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups with 8 mice in each group (3 male mice and 5 female mice). Mice in each group were randomly matched. After pregnancy, the females were randomly divided into 7 groups, respectively, the normal control group, blue, red, yellow light irradiation 5min and 10min group. Until the mother childbirth, give the mother light 2 times a day. Son rats 3 weeks after birth to jump test, the 7 groups of mice learning and memory levels were evaluated. Results: Compared with the 5 min error rate in each group, the red, blue and yellow light 5min irradiation group and 10min irradiation group were significantly less than the normal control group (P <0.05). After the end of the experiment, the platform test was again conducted. Compared with the number of jumps of 3min in each group, the numbers of red, blue and yellow light 5min irradiation group and 10min irradiation group were significantly less than the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The irradiation of LED blue, red and yellow light to pregnant rats can effectively improve the memory ability and learning ability of the offspring.
