省人民政府组织通则第一條省人民行使政权的機關为省人民代表大會(或省各界人民代表会议,以下各條款同)和省人民政府。在省人民代表大會閉會期间,省人民政府即为省的行使政權的机关。省人民政府委員會为省一级的地方政權机关,受主管大行政区人民政府委員會(或軍政委員會,以下各條款同)的直接領導;在不设大行政区人民政府的地區,省人民政府委員會受中央人民政府政務院的直接領導。
Provincial People’s Government General Organization The first provincial people’s power to exercise the power of the Provincial People’s Congress (or provincial People’s Congress, the following terms and conditions) and the provincial people’s government. During the period when the provincial people’s congress is not in session, the provincial people’s government is the provincial organ that exercises power. The provincial people’s government committee is a provincial-level local power organ directly under the leadership of the people’s government committee of the big administrative region (or the military and political commissions, the following terms and conditions); in areas where there is no large-scale people’s government, the provincial people’s government committee is subject to the Central Government People’s government directly under the leadership of the State Council.
