贵州省为了提高全省对肺结核病人的治疗管理质量,尽快地降低结核病疫情,同时使全省结核病防治工作标准化、简单化、制度化、科学化,拟在全省范围内建立肺结核病人的报告、互报、转报及在全省实行中心登记报告制度。具体办法如下: 一、登记报告范围 (1)各级医疗机构发现的活动性肺结核病人(即I、II组病例)均应填报“肺结核病例报告卡”,向所在地结防机构报告(无机构报卫生局,以下同)。 (2)对确诊的肺结核病例应由县结防专业人员填写、填报“肺结核病例登记报告卡”。
