随着“211”和“985”工程建设的深入推进,我国高等教育事业的发展和变革不断加快。尤其在2016年国家又提出了建设“双一流”大学的任务要求和总体目标,要在本世纪中叶建成高等教育强国,这就为未来30多年的高等教育发展规划描绘了新的蓝图。在此背景下,高校对固定资产的管理模式也应与时俱进,要在观念、制度、机制、方法与手段等方面不断加强创新。
With the further development of “211 ” and “985 ” projects, the development and reform of higher education in our country have been accelerating.
