基于苯磺酸顺阿曲库铵对三联吡啶钌电化学发光信号的增敏作用,建立了检测苯磺酸顺阿曲库铵的毛细管电泳电致电化学发光新方法.最佳实验条件为:检测电位1.30V,三联吡啶钌浓度5mmol/L,检测池磷酸缓冲溶液浓度65mmol/L(pH=8.5),运行缓冲溶液100mmol/L Tris-HCl(pH=8.5),进样电压16kV,进样时间30s,分离电压17kV.方法的检测限为0.45μg/mL,线性范围为4.5~150μg/mL,相关系数为0.998 7,回收率为86.8%~96.9%.本方法简便、快速、灵敏、进样量少,可用于苯磺酸顺阿曲库铵注射液含量测定.
