导出了CuCo合金自由能的多项式表达并考虑了Co的磁性对自由能的贡献,利用傅立叶变换计算机模拟详细研究了CuCo合金失稳分解过程.模拟结果表明,合金失稳分解过程可以分为三个阶段:最初的波长调制,中期的成分波增幅和后期的波包规则化和波长回复.分解温度对合金调制波长影响不大,但对分解动力学的影响显著.
The polynomial expression of free energy of CuCo alloy was derived and the contribution of Co to the free energy was taken into account. The instability decomposition process of CuCo alloy was studied in detail by Fourier transform computer simulation. The simulation results show that the instability decomposition process can be divided into three Phase: initial wavelength modulation, mid-term component wave amplification and late wave packet regularization and wavelength recovery.The decomposition temperature has little effect on the alloy modulation wavelength, but has a significant impact on the decomposition kinetics.
