利用机械泵将液氦从容器中经杜瓦管抽出,经过恒温器中样品架上的换热器使样品冷却到比所需温度稍低一些,再通过PID精密温度控制器,控制绕在样品架上的加热丝的电流的大小以达到所需的温度.控温精度可达±0.1K.
