一、前言x-射线工业电视探伤是近年来发展起来的一种新的无损检测技术。x-射线探伤多用拍片法。这种方法不仅耗费较大、速度慢、效率低。而且不能及时地得到探测结果和作动态检查。随着科学技术的发展,工业上一些受力复杂,工作条件苛刻,形状奇特的零件如:曲轴、汽缸、发动机叶片等亦采用铸件,而铸件生产过程中又往往容易产生各种缺陷。因此,在铸件检测中迫切需要具有速度快,直观性强、准确度高,对人体无危害,适合内部缺陷检测的方法及配套设备。
