近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于党员干部带头推动殡葬改革的意见》,并发出通知,要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻执行。《意见》要求,充分发挥党员、干部带头作用,积极推动殡葬改革。(一)带头文明节俭办丧事,树立时代风尚。除国家另有规定外,党员、干部去世后一般不成立治丧机构,不召开追悼会。(二)带头火葬和生态安葬,保护生态环境。(三)带头文明低碳祭扫,传承先进文化。(四)带头宣传倡导殡葬改革,弘扬新风正气。
Recently, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council printed “Opinions on Party Cadres Taking the Lead in Promoting Funeral Reform” and issued a circular calling on all localities and departments to conscientiously carry it out in the light of reality. The “Opinions” requires giving full play to party members and cadres to take the lead and actively promote funeral and interment reforms. (A) lead the civilized thrifty funeral, set the era of fashion. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state, party members and cadres generally do not set up funeral organizations after their deaths and do not hold memorial service. (2) Take the lead in cremation and ecological burial to protect the ecological environment. (C) to take the lead in low-carbon sacrifices, inheritance of advanced culture. (D) take the lead in advocating funeral reform, promote freshmen.
