海南岛是中国天然橡胶的主产区之一。海南岛天然橡胶面临的主要气象灾害有寒害和风害,因此开展橡胶的气象灾害风险区划,可有效提高海南天然橡胶气象灾害的防御能力。根据海南岛1971-2010年的气象数据和1988-2012年海南橡胶种植数据及TM遥感图像提取的2009年海南岛橡胶分布信息,基于风险形成的机理,选择致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境暴露性、承灾体脆弱性和防灾减灾能力等4个因子,分别开展了橡胶寒害和风害的风险评价,并在此基础上得到了海南天然橡胶主要气象灾害综合风险评价结果。结果表明:高风险区域和较高风险区域分布在海南岛琼海的西部、琼中、万宁的西部、五指山、三亚等地;中等风险区域分布在屯昌、澄迈、琼海、保亭南部、白沙、乐东等的大部分地区;较低风险区域和低风险区域主要分布在昌江、东方、儋州、海口等的部分区域。
Hainan Island is one of the main producing areas of China’s natural rubber. The main meteorological disasters facing natural rubber in Hainan Island have chills and wind hazards. Therefore, the rubber zoning of meteorological disasters can effectively improve the defense capability of natural rubber meteorological disasters in Hainan. Based on the weather information of Hainan Island from 1971 to 2010 and the Hainan Rubber Planting Data from 1988 to 2012 and the TM remote sensing images of Hainan Island in 2009, based on the mechanism of risk formation, we selected the hazard of hazard and the exposure of pregnant environment Sex, vulnerability of disaster-bearing body and ability of disaster prevention and mitigation, the risk assessment of rubber cold and wind damage were carried out respectively. Based on this, the comprehensive risk assessment of natural rubber in Hainan was obtained. The results show that the high-risk areas and the high-risk areas are distributed in the west of Qionghai in Hainan Island, the western Qiongzhong, the west of Wanning, Wuzhishan and Sanya. The middle-risk areas are located in Tunchang, Chengmai, Qionghai and Baoting South, Baisha, Ledong and other parts of the most; low-risk areas and low-risk areas are mainly located in Changjiang, East, Danzhou, Haikou and other parts of the region.
