对醇 -水溶液加热法所制得的粉体的烧结行为进行了研究 .结果表明 :经过 4 50℃ ,5h煅烧 ,醇 -水溶液加热法所制得的粉体的硬团聚体比较小 ,因而烧结性能比较好 ;在 1 1 50℃ ,2h的条件下烧结 ,获得相对密度达 98.5%的烧结体 .与其它一些粉体制备方法相比 ,醇 -水溶液加热法所得粉体的烧结行为的重复性很好 ,不须经过预粗化处理就能达到较高的烧结密度 .这说明此方法所得粉体颗粒比较均匀、成型坯体缺陷少 ,有利于制备纳米Y -TZP材料 .
The sintering behavior of the powders prepared by alcohol-water heating method was studied.The results showed that the hard aggregates of the powders prepared by the heating at 45 ℃, 5h and the alcohol-water heating method were relatively small, Good performance; sintered at 1 1 50 ℃, 2h, to obtain a relative density of 98.5% of the sintered body.Compared with some other powder preparation methods, alcohol - aqueous solution obtained by heating the powder sintering behavior of the repeatability Good, without going through the pre-roughening treatment can achieve higher sintering density.This shows that the powder particles obtained by this method is relatively uniform, forming a small body defects, is conducive to the preparation of nano-Y-TZP material.
