目的了解初中生自我和谐与社交回避及苦恼状况,探讨自我和谐对社交回避及苦恼的影响。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)和社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),对南昌市457名初中生进行评定。结果初中男生和女生在自我与经验的不和谐、自我的刻板性上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),在自我的灵活性上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单因素方差分析显示,初中生社交回避及苦恼的性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);相关分析和回归分析表明,初中生自我和谐对社交回避及苦恼有显著的影响。结论初中生自我和谐与社交回避及苦恼具有显著性别差异,自我和谐对社交回避及苦恼有显著的影响。
Objective To understand the self-consistency and social avoidance and distress of junior high school students, and to explore the impact of self-harmony on social avoidance and distress. Methods 457 junior high school students in Nanchang City were assessed using SCCS and SAD. Results There was no significant difference in self flexibility between boys and girls in junior high school (P <0.05 or P <0.01). One-way analysis of variance showed that gender differences in social avoidance and distress among junior high school students were statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that self-consistency of junior high school students had a significant impact on social avoidance and distress. Conclusion There is a significant gender difference in self-consistency and social avoidance and distress among junior high school students. Self-harmony has a significant impact on social avoidance and distress.
