目的探讨地方高校教师工作压力与职业倦怠状况及其关系。方法采用工作压力量表和工作倦怠量表对河南省320名高校教师进行调查。结果高校教师工作压力和职业倦怠存在显著的性别、有无行政职务差异(P﹤0.05);工作压力和职业倦怠各维度关系密切(P﹤0.05);来自于工作负荷、人际关系等方面的压力源是教师职业倦怠的主要预测因素(P﹤0.05)。结论降低工作负荷、改善人际关系是缓解压力和职业倦怠的重要途径。
Objective To explore the status of job burnout and job burnout among local university teachers and their relationship. Methods A total of 320 college teachers in Henan Province were investigated by using the Work Stress Scale and Job Burnout Scale. Results There was a significant gender difference in job stress and job burnout among college teachers, with or without administrative job difference (P <0.05); job stress was closely related to job burnout (P <0.05); pressure from work load and interpersonal relationship Source is the main predictor of teacher burnout (P <0.05). Conclusion Reduce the workload, improve interpersonal relationships is an important way to ease the pressure and burnout.
