试剂氯化镍中的K、Na、Ca、Mg,过去一直采用测定硫化铵不沉淀物的重量法测定,结果只表示它们的总和。本文提出采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)标准加入法直接测定,不需预先进行分离富集。可同时直接测定上述四种元素。通过与分离主体后AAS标准曲线法及AAS标准曲线法对照实验的结果表明,本方法能有效地克服基体效应,并具有简单,方便的优点, 标准加入回收试验,四个待测元素的平均回收率在93~107%之间,相对标准偏差范围为1.2~5.1%(n=11)。本方法对于化学试剂其它镍盐中K、Na、Ca、Mg的测定,也有参考价值。
Reagents K, Na, Ca, Mg in nickel chloride have been measured in the past by the gravimetric method for the determination of undissolved ammonium sulphide, and the results show only the sum of them. In this paper, direct determination by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) standard addition method is proposed, without prior isolation and enrichment.
