回顾我们潍坊百货站近年来所走过的历程,深刻体会到,要使企业在市场竞争中,富有生机和活力,保持稳步发展,首要的是更新观念。潍坊百货站是中型批发企业,现有干部职工462人;下设10个专业经营部,批零兼营,年销售额1.5亿元以上,实现利税600万元左右。在第一轮承包(987—1990年)期间,我们狠抓了如下几个观念更新。一、竞争观念。工厂产品大量自销,零售企业扩大自采;社会商业迅猛发展,国营批发商业身不由己地被推上了竞争的大舞
Looking back at the history of our Weifang department store in recent years, we have learned profoundly that in order for enterprises to be dynamic and dynamic in the market competition and to maintain steady development, it is first and foremost to update their concepts.
