一、资料来源本自治区内7个医院自1975年1月至1979年12月各医院收治的妊娠高血压综合症病人,共369例。各院共有产科住院病人59714人,本症占0.61%。其间先兆子痫276例占0.46%,子痫93例占0.15%。其中产前子痫54例(58.1%),产时27例,产后12例。桂林医专,桂林工人医院与自治区医院患病百分比相似。子痫例数则以玉林地区医院较高,约因该院病人来源于农村较多之故。因逐年病率没有增减的规律性,故没有把逐年的总患病例分别列出来。
I. Source of Information 369 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were admitted to hospitals in seven hospitals in the autonomous region from January 1975 to December 1979. There were 59,714 hospitalized patients in obstetrics and gynecology, accounting for 0.61% of the total. During which 276 cases of preeclampsia accounted for 0.46%, 93 cases of eclampsia accounted for 0.15%. Prenatal eclampsia in which 54 cases (58.1%), 27 cases during delivery and 12 cases after delivery. Guilin Medical College, Guilin Workers Hospital and the regional hospital similar percentage of illness. The number of eclampsia is higher in Yulin area hospitals, about because of the hospital patients from rural areas more. Due to the regularity of no increase or decrease of the disease rate year by year, the total number of cases year by year is not listed separately.
