时过半年,李毅中握着被成功救出的“支建”煤矿矿工手臂的这张照片,依旧常常浮现在人们眼前。因为那是中国建立应急救援体系后的一次最大的成功,它不仅值得庆贺,也是标志性的。对于此次的救援成功,李毅中认为,它彰显出党和政府立党为公、执政为民的宗旨和以人为本的执政理念;体现出广大党员干部把人民群众利益放在首位、保护人民生命财产安全的政治责任感;反映出武警部队和国有企业在抢险救援中的突击队和骨干作用;展现出社会各界“一方有难、八方支援”的和谐氛围和良好风尚。
