城市土地的收缩和资源的缺乏使得城市综合体的需求越来越多,城市综合体具有集合多元高效的空间特点,可以为实现城市结构的复合和城市土地的高密度利用提供可实现的平台。另一方面,伴随经济发展城市交通的快速建设使得现代人的出行结构已经发生了改变,人们试图改变这种资源极大浪费的个体出行模式,希望通过交通体系的完善和便捷舒适度的提高使得更多人减少小汽车的使用,交通系统内部的整合与城市、建筑相联系成为城市设计的必然趋势。本文通过对当前学者们已成型的关于城市多元化复合化建设研究成果的归纳和提炼,并结合实例浅要总结了利用综合体建筑与城市交通结合的城市设计的必要性。
The shrinking of urban land and the lack of resources make the demand of urban complex more and more. The urban complex has the characteristics of multiple and highly efficient spatialization, which can provide a platform for the compounding of urban structure and the high-density urban land use. On the other hand, with the rapid development of urban transport in economic development, the travel structure of modern people has changed. People try to change the individual wasted travel pattern which is greatly wasted by this kind of resources. With the improvement of traffic system and convenience and comfort, More people reduce the use of cars, the integration of the transportation system with the city, building an inevitable trend of urban design. This article summarizes and summarizes the research results of urban diversified compound construction, which has been shaped by scholars at present, and summarizes the necessity of using urban design combining urban complex with urban traffic.
