目的 :回顾性地研究了 6例儿童套状髌骨骨折的诊断及手术治疗效果。方法 :对 6例儿童套状髌骨骨折的诊断和三种手术方法进行总结和讨论。结果 :6例病人术后随访 6个月～ 4年 ,骨折均骨性愈合 ,仅一例陈旧性骨折遗留膝关节屈曲受限。结论 :早期诊断和术中解剖复位是治疗成功的关键。
Objective: To retrospectively study the diagnosis and surgical treatment effect of 6 cases of children’s patella fracture. Methods: Six cases of children patella fracture diagnosis and three surgical methods were summarized and discussed. Results: Six patients were followed up for 6 months to 4 years. All the fractures healed by bony union. Only one case of old fracture left knee flexion was limited. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and intraoperative anatomic reduction are the keys to successful treatment.
