我们所用的低氧呼吸装置,由呼吸面罩、呼出气贮存袋、CO_2过滤器,新鲜空气吸入调节阀等组成。与其他装置相比具有体积小、重量轻、使用方便等优点。作者旨在观察癌症患者佩戴该装置的血气值改变,探索用该装置代替其他低氧方法进行低氧放射疗法(HRT)的可行性。 1 材料和方法 测试9名心肺功能正常的癌症患者。 仪器用低氧呼吸装置(西京医院放疗科研制),ABL_3型血气分析仪(Radiometer,丹麦)。取常规仰卧位静止状态,在给每个病人佩戴低氧呼吸装置前(对照组)、后5分钟(低氧组),取动脉血0.2ml,随机用ABL,
The hypoxic breathing apparatus we use consists of a breathing mask, expiratory bag, CO2 filter, fresh air intake valve and so on.
