45例戴用全口义齿的单纯普通性义齿性口炎但无全身疾病患者为研究对象,分为3组,每组15人。分别采用①每天口服氟康唑片50mg共2周,②2％洗必太溶液清洗义齿组织面(每天2次)结合每天口服氟康唑50mg共2周,③重做新义齿。用培养和涂片法进行真菌检查及酵母菌细胞鉴别。分别记录用药前、治疗结束及结束后2周的临床及霉菌检查情况,戴新义齿前及戴后1月的情况,并进行显著性检验。
Forty-five patients with simple general dentition stomatitis but no systemic disease who were treated with complete denture were divided into three groups of 15 patients each. Respectively ① daily oral fluconazole tablets 50mg for 2 weeks, ② 2% chlorhexidine solution denture tissue surface (2 times a day) combined with daily oral fluconazole 50mg for 2 weeks, ③ redo denture. Culture and smear method for fungal examination and yeast cell identification. The clinical and fungal examination before treatment, 2 weeks after the end of treatment and after the end of treatment were recorded, before and after wearing Dai Xin Yi, and the results were statistically significant.
