春天,是气候由寒转暖的季节,气温变化较大,细菌、病毒等微生物开始繁殖,活力增强,容易侵犯人体,所以,在饮食上应摄取足够的维生素和无机盐。油菜、荠菜、菠菜、芹菜、柿子椒和西红柿等新鲜蔬菜能提高人体免疫功能,增强机体的抗病能力,所以说春天多食蔬菜营养好。
