随着我国改革开放的增进,社会主义事业的不断发展,党中央对有关工会保障的工作提出了新的任务和要求。对于我们医院来说,主要的任务是不断深化医院内部管理体制,调整劳动关系和利益格局,提高职工的民主化等。作为医院的一部分,工会组织首先要努力贯彻党的方针,跟随党的正确领导,其次我们还要实现医院内的劳动、人事关系和各级人员的具体利益,处理的更和谐、合理、稳定做出相应的努力。
With the improvement of China’s reform and opening up and the continuous development of the socialist cause, the Party Central Committee has set forth new tasks and requirements for the work concerning safeguarding trade unions. For our hospital, the main task is to continuously deepen the hospital’s internal management system, adjust the labor relations and interest patterns, and improve the democratization of workers. As part of the hospital, trade union organizations must first work hard to implement the party’s guidelines and follow the correct leadership of the party. Secondly, we must also realize the hospital’s labor, personnel relations and the specific interests of personnel at all levels so as to be more harmonious, sound and stable A corresponding effort.
