目的:探讨长期食用黄豆对小鼠肠道酶活性的影响,为日常合理用食提供依据。方法:先将小鼠按照年龄分为1月龄(幼年)、6月龄(中年)、9月龄(老年)组,每组再按照随机数字表分为对照组、1/1组、1/2组和1/4组,对照组给予标准饲料喂养,1/1组将基础饲料与黄豆按1/1关系配比而成进行饲养,1/2组将基础饲料与黄豆按照1/2关系配比而成进行饲养,1/4组小鼠按照基础饲料与黄豆比例为1/4进行饲养。4个月后取小鼠肠道内容物进行酶活性检测。结果:1月龄小鼠肠道酶活性与对照组比较后都出现下降的现象(P<0.01),黄豆比例越高,酶活性越低;6月龄小鼠1/2组与其余各组比较酶活性最高(P<0.01);9月龄小鼠1/2组小鼠的木聚糖酶和淀粉酶酶活性最高(P<0.01),而纤维素酶和蛋白酶以及1/1组、1/4组小鼠的肠道酶活性与正常组比较都下降明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:长期食用黄豆对小鼠的肠道酶活性有显著影响,与其年龄和食用量密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of long-term consumption of soybeans on intestinal enzyme activity in mice, provide the basis for daily rational use of food. Methods: The mice were divided into one month old (juvenile), six months old (middle aged) and nine months old (old) according to the age. Each group was divided into control group, 1/2 group and 1/4 group, the control group given standard feed, 1/1 group will be based on the relationship between the basic diet and soybeans by 1/1 ratio of feeding, 1/2 group will be based on the basic diet and soybeans 1 / 2 relationship between the ratio of feeding, 1/4 mice in accordance with the ratio of basal diet and soybeans for 1/4 breeding. Four months later, the intestinal contents of the mice were tested for enzyme activity. Results: The intestinal enzyme activities in 1-month-old mice decreased compared with the control group (P <0.01). The higher the proportion of soybean, the lower the activity of enzyme. The 6-month- (P <0.01). The xylanase and amylase activities were the highest in the 1/2 month group mice (P <0.01), while the cellulase, protease and 1/1, The intestinal enzymes activity of 1/4 mice decreased significantly compared with the normal group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Long-term consumption of soybeans has a significant effect on intestinal enzyme activity in mice, which is closely related to its age and consumption.
