上海市防汛短信服务系统采用中国移动的短信通平台,并选择J2EE技术搭建系统管理平台,具备了动态订阅、点播管理、信息转发、分组群发、个人签名添加、模块启动控制和查询统计等功能,具有系统性、实时性、开放性、互动性和可扩充性等特点。在防汛工作中,该系统可以及时接收和发布各类汛情信息以及防汛指令,并可以动态调用气象和水情实时数据库,为防汛指挥、决策、应急调度和抢险救灾提供重要通讯手段。
Shanghai flood control short message service system adopts China Mobile's SMS platform, and selects J2EE technology to build a system management platform. It has such functions as dynamic subscription, on-demand management, information forwarding, group sending, personal signature adding, module start control and query statistics, Systematic, real-time, open, interactive and scalable features. In flood control work, the system can timely receive and issue various kinds of flood information and flood control instructions, and can dynamically call the meteorological and hydrological real-time databases to provide important communication means for flood control, decision-making, emergency dispatch and disaster relief.
