近年来我国不孕不育人口数不断增长[1],国内随之涌现出大量生殖医学专科医院,综合医院生殖中心的门诊量也以惊人速度增长,这些现象表明,生育问题困扰着越来越多的育龄夫妇。本文就我国育龄夫妇生育力下降的影响因素进行综述,并探讨其防治策略。
In recent years, the number of infertility in China has been on the rise [1]. In the meantime, a large number of specialized reproductive medicine hospitals have emerged in China. The out-patient volume of general hospital reproductive centers has also increased at an alarming rate. These phenomena indicate that the issue of procreation has become more and more bothering More childbearing couples. This article reviews the factors that affect the fertility decline of couples of childbearing age in our country and discusses their control strategies.
