台政发〔2014〕45号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:为预防和减少渔船安全事故的发生,建立健全渔船安全生产监管长效机制,切实维护渔民生命财产安全和渔区社会和谐稳定,根据有关法律、法规、规章的规定,针对我市当前渔船安全生产存在的突出问题,现就切实加强渔船安全生产管理提出以下意见。
