农村中小学教师队伍建设中存在很多的问题,主要是教师队伍的整体素质偏低,教师队伍的学科结构不合理,教师的待遇较低,培训机会少,知识老化快等。为此,应改善农村中小学教师的待遇和工作生活条件,推进农村中小学教师专业化、队伍稳定化发展,加大对农村中小学教师和校长的培训力度,鼓励城镇优秀教师和毕业生到农村支教,建立和完善激励机制和制约机制。
There are many problems in the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers, mainly because of the low overall quality of teachers, unreasonable disciplinary structure of teachers, lower teachers’ salaries, less training opportunities and faster knowledge aging. To this end, we should improve the treatment of teachers and working and living conditions of rural elementary and secondary schools, promote the professionalization of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas and the steady development of the ranks of rural primary and secondary schools, increase the training of teachers and principals in rural primary and secondary schools, and encourage outstanding teachers and graduates in urban areas Rural education, establish and improve the incentive mechanism and control mechanism.
